We have used the raclette and are very pleased with this product. We like the idea of grilling, fondue, and the raclette's. It makes for a great evenings entertaining. The only thing I would like were the little plastic scrapers for the small pans so you do not scratch the Teflon. We use chopsticks and that seems to work ok.
