I was taken in by the lovely exterior of this rice cooker. In quite a few attempts, it hasn't managed to successfully make decent rice yet. I can make better in a saucepan on top of the stove. It gets incredibly hot, and the rice winds up brown and crunchy on the bottom and stuck to the non-stick surface, no matter how much water I've put in. When I contacted Oster, they told me that I need to cook at least 6 cups of rice for it to work properly. That's a lot of rice for most families! There's no such statement on the box or in the instructions. The steamer attachment is a joke. It's a shallow plastic insert. Great, if you're steaming a carrot or two. I wanted to love this product. My first one the coating flaked off within the first week of use. The company sent me a replacement that arrived damaged. The third replacement arrived scratched as well and I gave up. In the beginning it popped the popcorn okay but it seems to have lots its power already. Now no matter what brand popcorn I buy less than half will pop. For the money, a disappointment. Buy Gourmet Treats and Popcorn Maker!

I just got this as a gift. It's adorable, works well, and is great for parties. Of course, you have to be safe and monitor it, but the cap allows for adjusting the flame. As for finding the fuel, Amazon sells RSVP Gel Fuel in the right size for the S'mores maker. I love it and so do my friends.
