I wanted to love this product. My first one the coating flaked off within the first week of use. The company sent me a replacement that arrived damaged. The third replacement arrived scratched as well and I gave up. In the beginning it popped the popcorn okay but it seems to have lots its power already. Now no matter what brand popcorn I buy less than half will pop. For the money, a disappointment. Buy Gourmet Treats and Popcorn Maker!
